• God is love. 1 John 4:8.

• All God's work is perfect: His ways are faultless and upright. Deut. 32:3, 4.

• This world was created free from sin. Gen. 1:31.

• An enemy of God and man produces evil. Matt. 13:24-28.

• Lucifer was created a perfect angel. Abusing his freedom of choice, he rebelled against God. Ezek. 28:12-17.

• Lucifer, now Satan, tried to exalt himself above God and usurp His power. Isa. 14:12-l4.

• War broke out in heaven as one third of the angels sided with Lucifer. They were cast out to this earth. Rev. 12:7-9.

• Satan deceived our first parents and they joined him in rebellion. Gen. 1:7.

• Jesus came to redeem us from Satan's power. Heb. 2:14-16.

• Satan tempted Jesus in all conceivable ways. hut Christ overcame on our behalf, so that we might overcome through His power. Heb. 2:17, 18: Matt. 4:1-11; Rev. 12:11.

• Satan is the originator of murder, lies, and all sin. John 8:44.

• He goes about as a roaring lion seeking to devour. 1 Peter 5:8.

• Satan engages in furious warfare against God's commandment—keeping people. Rev. 12:17.

• He works with all power, signs, and lying wonders. 2 Thess. 2:7-10.

• Satan can transform himself to appear as an angel of light. 2 Cor. 11:13-15.

• Satan will flee from those who resist him and draw near to God. James 4:7, 8.

• Christ intercedes to protect us from Satan's power. Luke 22:31, 32; John 17:9, 15.

• Satan rages with fear because he has but a short time. Rev. 12:12.

• When Christ returns. Satan will be bound 1,000 years. Rev. 20:1 -3.

• Jesus will destroy the works of the devil. 1 John 3:5-8.

• Satan will he destroyed at the end of time in the lake of fire. Matt. 25:41; Rev. 20:10.

• Satan's eradication from existence will he complete. Ezek. 28:18, 19; Mal. 4:1-3.

• Never again will sin or rebellion rear its ugly head. Nah 1:9; Rev 21:4; 22:11.
